Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using TezTun ("the Service"), operated by Asadullokh ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TezTun is a TCP tunneling service that allows users to expose local services to the internet through public subdomains. The Service includes the TezTun client software and the server infrastructure at teztun.uz.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4.1. Reserved Subdomains
A reservation allows you to use an available subdomain under ttn.uz; it does not give you ownership or a permanent right to that name. TezTun may revoke any reserved subdomain at its discretion, including while your account or plan remains active.
We may also release a reserved subdomain if you do not use it for six consecutive months. Released names may become available for other users to reserve. Removing a TezTun subdomain reservation does not transfer ownership of any custom domain you registered elsewhere.
5. Free Access
TezTun is free to use through December 31, 2027. Account limits and the Acceptable Use Policy still apply.
6. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions.
7. Your Content and Data
Traffic passing through TezTun tunnels is your responsibility. We do not inspect, store, or monitor the content of your tunneled traffic. You retain all rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.
8. Intellectual Property
The TezTun client software is provided for your use under these terms. The TezTun name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not use our branding without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- We are not responsible for any data transmitted through tunnels or any actions of third parties accessing your tunneled services.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your tunnels will be disconnected and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uzbekistan.
